Customer Service Advisor with Foreign Language

Responsibilities and tasks:
- everyday contact with clients in French / Italian and English,
- profesional service according to standards,
- handle incoming calls and e-mails from customers concerning technical issues related to everyday usage of a computer,
- problem solving according to procedures,
- cooperate with IT team to deal with more complex issues.
Candidates profile:
- fluent French / Italian speaking (C1 level),
- good English speaking (B1/B2 level),
- basic experience in Windows 7 and MS Office,
- experience in customer service (not needed but will be an advantage),
- high communication skills and pro client attitude,
- open-minded approach to problem solving.
