Customer Service Advisor with Foreign Language

Numer referencyjny: CSA/BL

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • everyday contact with clients in French / Italian and English,
  • profesional service according to standards,
  • handle incoming calls and e-mails from customers concerning technical issues related to everyday usage of a computer,
  • problem solving according to procedures,
  • cooperate with IT team to deal with more complex issues.

Candidates profile:

  • fluent French / Italian speaking (C1 level),
  • good English speaking (B1/B2 level),
  • basic experience in Windows 7 and MS Office,
  • experience in customer service (not needed but will be an advantage),
  • high communication skills and pro client attitude,
  • open-minded approach to problem solving.
