HR Business Partner

  • create an optimal working environment for Distribution Center during the start-up phase,
  • advise employees and managers in the DC in all areas of HR,
  • lead and contribute to the recruitment and selection process by conducting qualitative interviews, selecting candidates, and monitoring progress within the agreed timetable,
  • define the optimal benefit plans, build a network of agencies and partners, define the best composition of the workforce,
  • maintain quality ongoing relationships with the business to ensure up to date information on the challenges and bottlenecks in the HR area;


  • undergraduate (Bachelor's) level position (preferably with a degree in the field of Human Resource Management or International Business) in combination with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role;
  • experience in Supply chain/ Logistics is a big plus.
  • minimum of 5 years of working in an international organization; 
  • excellent command of the Polish and English languages, both verbal and written; 
  • within the responsibilities of the position, actively seeks out the needs and wishes of the internal client and delivers, when possible, even more quickly than agreed or expected from the (internal) client;
  • being highly organized, knows how to structure work and projects, meets all agreements within deadlines and according to guidelines;
  • ability to work both independently and as part of a team
