HR Business Unit Manager (production plant)

Duties:

  • to manage HR processes according to plant strategy and corporate HR policy (recruitment, learning development, HR administration, rewards),
  • to ensure and to report personnel KPI’s: turnover, absence, headcount etc.,
  • to create HR activities for ensuring staff for production projects employees satisfaction,
  • effective cooperation with managers to know expectations for HR function and to be professional support for them,
  • to ensure the knowledge and practices according to Labour Law at organization.
  • to ensure effective cooperation with external business partners.

Expectations:

  • min. 4 years of professional experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner at international production company with large volume staff,
  • university degree or equivalent education,
  • very good knowledge of Labour Law and best HR practices for production environment,
  • an experience in HR process such us: recruitment, learning development, rewards, HR administration,
  • good level of English written and oral
