Duties: 

  • co-creation and implementation of human resources management policy in line with the company's strategy,
  • developing and implementing a budget for all activities related to human resources management,
  • supporting and supervising the process of recruitment and selection, on-boarding, staff development, including competency and training management, employee satisfaction surveys, periodic assessment, EB,
  • creating HR structures and ensuring effective and efficient work of the department, as a unit supporting the organization,
  • creating procedures, regulations and all documents
    necessary for the proper functioning of the company in the area of ​​HR,
  • preparation of all analyzes, reports.

Requirements:

  • BA or MA degree, 
  • min. 4 years of professional experience on a similar position, 
  • knowledge of "hard" and "soft" HR issues,
  • practical knowledge of labor law and payroll processes,
  • high leadership skills, experience in building HR awareness in the company as well as methods of effective communication,
  • very good organization of work (runnin several projects at the same time) and the ability to set priorities,
  • experience in negotiating / talking with trade unions,
  • experience in acquisitions of employees,
  • English - C1/C2.
