MS Dynamics CRM Analyst/Developer

The MS Dynamics CRM Analyst/Developer role is responsible for CRM administrative tasks, providing support for users of our Business Systems and some development. The role will work in a collaborative team environment and be responsible for escalating client issues as appropriate, receiving support, advice and development from team.

Main tasks:

  • perform daily administrative tasks in Dynamics CRM,
  • develop plugins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations,
  • perform customizations on Dynamics CRM entities, forms, and views,
  • provide helpdesk services to internal clients,
  • document problems and activity and solution for each case,
  • communicate the status of issues to teams,
  • identify high priority customer issues and escalate to appropriate team members, including management and external partners,
  • work with customers and other team members to investigate, test and develop solutions and workarounds to resolve client issues/requests,
  • update users and change permissions within the CRM,
  • create and edit CRM Dashboards,
  • perform in-depth analysis of CRM user issues to determine causes and solutions,
  • deliver CRM Refresher Training on an as needed basis,
  • in collaboration with other teams, participate in every aspect of the implementation project from analysing the business requirements to configuring and mapping those requirements in Dynamics CRM application,
  • facilitate decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process.

Candidate profile:

  • experience in Microsoft Dynamics 2015 / 2016 / Dynamics 365 modules and features,
  • hands on system experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM customizations and configuration,
  • very good in English (written / spoken),
  • Dynamics CRM Development experience is required (2016 / Dynamics 365 preferred),
  • CRM development best practices,
  • CRM forms, views, processes, actions,
  • technical specification documentation,
  • Dynamics CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit experience, developing plug-ins, custom workflows and interfaces with other systems,
  • good knowledge of Visual Studio, Web Service development, Programming languages – C#,, ASP.NET, WCF, .NET CORE,
  • strong experience with web front end development (HTML 5, CCS 3, JavaScript, XHR, jQuery),
  • Team Foundation Services,
  • Structured Query Language,
  • data migration experience using SSIS, Scribe or Web Services,
  • MS SQL Server Reporting Services.
