Network Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • provide technical presales support for account managers and channel partners,
  • meet with customers to understand their needs and design effective solutions,
  • deliver technical presentations and workshops for customers, partners and prospects,
  • keep up-to-date on the technology, competitive solutions, products and services,
  • define the product strategy and roadmap for EBG Networking product line,
  • deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification,
  • work with partners and customers to assess partnerships/relations,
  • be an expert with respect to the competition in Networking area,
  • develop the core positioning and messaging for the product,
  • prepare configurations and design of Networking Products according to requirements,
  • perform product demos to customers,
  • develop sales tools and collateral,
  • brief and train the Sales Persons in Organization,
  • preparing marketing materials, attending conferences on behalf of Company, writing professional articles.


  • IP networking experience, preferably working for system integrators or enterprise networking vendors,
  • excellent knowledge of IP networking in at least one of the following area's of specialization: Data Center, LAN Switching, Routing, Security,
  • CCNP/CCDP or equivalent level. CCIE certificate is highly desirable but not essential,
  • knowledge of leading enterprise networking vendors products portfolio,
  • strong communications & presentation skills,
  • ability to work effectively alone and also add value as a team member,
  • very good English written and verbal communication skills,
  • Master’s degree,
  • excellent teamwork skills,
  • proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority,
  • must be able to travel over the Poland to meet Customers, etc. (business travels),
  • possess a creative way of thinking,
  • have good leadership skills to supervise those involved with each stage in the process.
