Senior Business Analyst

Numer referencyjny: SAB/AL

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • analyses business processes, needs and problems, to gain understanding the business context of own work,
  • autonomously performs data gathering activities to elicit business and functional requirements for moderately complex subject areas,
  • facilitates user workshops and user meetings,
  • documents confirmed moderately complex business and functional requirements, including business process mapping, data modelling and financial analysis,
  • assures specifications are kept up-to-date,
  • monitors, consolidates and prioritizes changes of moderately complexity - depending on project setup - and measures the impact on agreed upon business objectives and scoping,
  • supports customers and the project team defining acceptance criteria and tests for defined solutions and requirements,
  • identifies stakeholder objectives on operational management level, during data gathering activities,
  • assures support to the data gathering activities and requirements defined,
  • provides appropriate, comprehensive and timely reporting of own work and early escalation of any issue that may impact on the quality or delivery timescales,
  • participates in best practice sharing events and gains lessons learned,
  • further develops industry know how.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related professions,
  • excellent communication skills,
  • very good in English,
  • technical skills: engineering systems concepts and principles, technical computer knowledge, complex modeling techniques, technical writing
  • analytical skills: analytical and conceptual expertise, planning, documentation, analysis and business requirements management techniques, Object-oriented analysis
  • creation of the Business Requirements Document - BRD,
  • administrative and reporting abilities.
