Responsibilities and tasks:

  • everyday contact with clients in English and other foreign language,
  • professional service according to standards,
  • handle incoming calls and e-mails from customers concerning products, deliveries and payments,
  • problem solving according to procedures,
  • cooperate with warehouse, marketing/sales departments to deal with more complex issues.

Candidates profile:

  • fluent English speaking (C1 level),
  • knowledge of other foreign languages: German/Slovenian/Slovakian (C1 level),
  • high communication skills and pro client attitude,
  • experience in customer service (not needed but will be an advantage),
  • open-minded approach to problem solving,
  • efficient task managment skills.
