  • run in-depth market analysis of the AIS market by industry for the worldwide market,
  • identify new customers in the geography and introduce AIS - OEM services to customers,
  • drive and lead overall sales process from lead identification to contract closure in the allocated geography,
  • pro-actively manage and take care of existing customers and their needs through continued engagement (e.g. calls / visits / project handover / sites visits, etc.),
  • represents AIS at national / international trade fairs,
  • systematic collection and summarizing of customer feedback to input the insights into the AIS roadmap as well as to drive continuous improvements,
  • close interaction, collaboration and alignment with the Project Managers, Sales Support Team and Marketing,
  • geographical scope: Worldwide with focus Europe.


  • commercial / sales / business development professional with at least 5 years+ experience in independently delivering sales success,
  • working experience and extensive network in the area of plastic assemblies and the associated customers industries as well as plastic plates, filings and pipes suppliers,
  • technical skills such as reading of technical drawings,
  • strong customer focus and mindset,
  • strong communications and negotiation skills and the ability to interact at all levels,
  • willingness to travel worldwide especially Europe for at least 40% of the time,
  • fluent in English and preferably fluent in German
