Main tasks:

  • technical support of a foreign customer,  
  • phone and email contact with the client in  French/Italian,
  • providing specific solutions in accordance with procedures,    
  • transfer of cases to the second line of support.

Requirements:

  • very good knowledge of Italian/French (min.B2),·    
  • good command of English (min.B1),·    
  • readiness for shift work,·    
  • experience in customer service (IT experience is nice to have),·    
  • interest in new technologies,·    
  • organizational skills, excellent communication skills.
