- providing specific solutions in accordance with procedures,
- transfer of cases to the second line of support.
- very good knowledge of Italian/French (min.B2),·
- good command of English (min.B1),·
- readiness for shift work,·
- experience in customer service (IT experience is nice to have),·
- interest in new technologies,·
- organizational skills, excellent communication skills.
