About the employer:

Responsibilities:
- installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems,
- commissioning and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory),
- hardware repairs and 2nd level tasks using a ticketing system,
- creation of system documentation.
Requirements:
- at least two years of experience on similar position,
- a passion for the IT industry,
- fluency in English and German or willingness to improve language skills,
- excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers,
- experience with software and hardware.
