About the employer:

Market leader in IT infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems,
  • commissioning and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory),
  • hardware repairs and 2nd level tasks using a ticketing system,
  • creation of system documentation.

Requirements:

  • at least two years of experience on similar position,
  • a passion for the IT industry,
  • fluency in English and German or willingness to improve language skills,
  • excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers,
  • experience with software and hardware.
