This opportunity will help you to develop amazing customer service and uncover sales opportunities for our technology client's customers. With a consultative selling approach and focus on revenue targets, you'll cultivate customer relationships while establishing and maintaining long-term relationships. You'll work both independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Mladost-1a District)
Work mode: remote or hybrid, full-time position 40 hours, standard business hours
Responsibilities:
- Account planning and joint business plan alignment
- Lead partner discovery and solutions
- Optimizing Partner Advantage benefits to make sure partner makes the most of relevant activations, offers and incentives
- Enablement planning that starts with foundational credentials and will expand to include practical experience through Delivery Readiness Index and NPS
- Drive Technical readiness planning (such as trainings, certifications, Expertise, and Specializations)
- Deploying sales and solution plays via GTM activation kits
- Equipping partner with go-to-market resources to ensure you are building a healthy pipeline while expanding and renewing existing customers
- Drive sales of cloud solutions to partners with proactive approach to identify and qualify new deal opportunities
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to partners on cloud products
- Manage and grow a portfolio of cloud partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Min 2 years of experience working in Partner or B2B sales/sales (tech) or Partner Business Development roles
- English - C1 or above certified for non-natives + 2nd language: Arabic, French or German.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept
- Cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage
- Sales Pipeline management and negotiation skills
- Account management and profiling experience is a must
- Ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Customer/partner first approach
- Being a true team player - ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams
- Excellent soft and representational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strategic mindset - ability to think a few steps ahead
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
