About the employer:

German based distributor of chemical materials an ingredients for a wild range of industries. The company's portfolio includes solutions for the food industry, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and mining. 

Responsibilities:

  • overseeing the development and management of projects within the nutraceuticals sector,
  • developing and implementing strategies for introducing new products and services to the market, and ensuring their successful execution,
  • coordinating and improving sales activities, as well as identifying new business opportunities by sharing expertise with sales teams in the nutritional health sector,
  • providing technical and product support to enhance the sales process,
  • maintaining a thorough understanding of product knowledge, European regulations, and the specific characteristics of the covered territories,
  • actively seeking new market and product sales opportunities,
  • keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities,
  • creating training and informational materials for new products, services, and technological solutions,
  • maintaining detailed records in the appropriate CRM systems.
 

Requirements:

  • higher education degree. Preferably in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Biotechnology,
  • extensive experience in the Nutritional Health Market, particularly within the realm of nutraceuticals,
  • practical experience and knowledge about the nutraceuticals’ technology is required,
  • good understanding of the technical and scientific aspects working with nutrients, including plants, vitamins, minerals and other beneficial nutrients,
  • thorough comprehension of European regulations governing Food Supplements,
  • interpersonal and negotiation abilities; capable of fostering positive relationships within a large organization and thriving in a multicultural, team-oriented setting,
  • open to business trips,
  • fluent in English.
