Obowiązki

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and enhancing business processes on the ServiceNow platform for global clients.

Your main duties will include:

• acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the entire project lifecycle,
• conducting business process workshops to gather requirements, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state processes,
• collaborating with technical teams to configure and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business needs,
• creating process documentation, RACI matrices, service catalogues, and KPIs/SLA frameworks,
• providing user training, post-go-live support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives,
• supporting change management activities and ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions.

Requirements:

• proven experience in consulting, BPO, GBS (experience in global transformation projects is highly valued),
• hands-on experience with Power BI - ability to create dashboards, analyze data, and translate insights into business recommendations,
• working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform - ideally in areas such as Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Procurement, or Vendor Management,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect business needs with technical solutions,
• excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships,
• availability and willingness for frequent international business travel,
• higher education (preferably in business, IT, engineering, or related field).
