As an EMEA IT Application Lead for Commercial Solutions you will work within the EMEA IT organisation and take ownership of one or more EMEA standard solutions/platforms for the Commercial organisation (CRM, Pricing, Customer Data management, Contact Center soltuons, Sales Enablement, Digital Academy, Sales Reporting…) to support the the Sales & Commercial Excellence functions and help them improve their processes and systems. You will collaborate with busines and IT team members to understand organizational and operational challenges and will conduct research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and customers.
You will act as a Project Manager to mid-size enhancement and implementation projects, and participate in various phases (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training….) of larger projects as a process and system subject matter expert.

You will act as a functional &technical expert/analyst for ensuring efficient usage, data quality and solution stability and for formalising enhanced and new use cases for implementation. You will lead the relationships with external 3rd-party implementation partners for configuring and customizing the tools, in both project & support modes. You will also take part in the issue resolution process by offering coordination support between Service Desk, platform vendors, internal IT teams and user community.


  •  A bachelor’s degree in IT/digital or related field or an MBA
  • 7 years of professional experience of which at least 4 years as IT analyst or project manager
    for Sales & Commercial-focused solutions
  • Proven track records of successful implementation projects for CRM (Sales & Marketing),
    Customer Data Management (MDM/CDP), Pricing tools, Sales Enablement and Digital
    Learning Systems,
    • Experience with several of the following tools:
    • Advanced experience with Microsoft D365 (Dynamics) CRM is a must,
    • ERP Order-To-Cash knowledge is a plus (MS Dynamics or SAP),
    • Concept of the Customer 360° view,
    • Any digital tools to support the sales teams on the field (Sales Enablement like
      Showpad or Highspot, Digital Learning like Cross-knowledge or 360Learning,…),
    • Integration: API, web services,
    • SQL language and database
      Data Analytics / Reporting tools (Power BI),
  • sales, Commercial & digital marketing processes awareness in international B2B/
    manufacturing industries,
  • (Agile) project management and ITIL procedures knowledge (certification) is a plus,
  • strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including technical writing skills
  • proven experience in user requirement gathering and business process design and
  • exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills,
  • experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization
    techniques and tools,
  • good experience and understanding of integration principles and platforms,
  • excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills,
  • autonomous, proactive and hands-on mentality.
