Obowiązki
- preparing and analyzing reports to ensure data consistency and support business decisions,
- verifying data accuracy daily in systems like sap and o9 and updating them for key planning processes,
- collaborating with market teams (cbus) to provide tailored reports and daily activity visibility,
- centralizing reporting topics and coordinating communication with zone, market, and factory teams,
- contributing to report optimization in line with new kpis, such as enhancing cash flow efficiency,
- gaining broad experience across diverse product categories instead of focusing on a single area,
- supporting planning processes by preparing analyses and presentations for weekly meetings,
- performing regular reporting tasks with opportunities to implement process improvements.
Wymagania
- accuracy and ability to analyze large datasets to draw conclusions and support business decision-making,
- strong knowledge of ms excel, powerpoint, and power bi, essential for daily reporting, data visualizations, and process improvements,
- familiarity with sap as an advantage for work in an international environment,
- previous experience in scm as a plus, with motivation to learn and grow being key,
- willingness to collaborate with various departments and global teams, requiring openness and adaptability,
- precision in handling reports and verifying data to ensure quality and consistency,
- readiness to optimize processes and reports, with experience in international markets or global team
