Transition Manager, Transition Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global clients to support the end-to-end transformation and transition of business processes.
  • Play a key role in executing transition projects, while also providing strategic advisory support in the transition domain.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that transition phases of projects are executed seamlessly.
  • Work closely with Change Management teams to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and operating models.
  • Design and implement a transition strategy and roadmap, tailoring it to individual project needs.

 

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Project Management, with a proven background in Transition Management project delivery.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project execution and delivery; Project Management certification will be considered an asset.
  • A solid understanding of the GBS / SSC / BPO landscape, its principles, and best practices, supported by hands-on project experience in these areas.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective collaboration between all key parties — including project teams, functional leaders, site management, and GBS operations.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation abilities (both preparation and delivery).
  • Fluent English (knowledge of French or German is a plus).
