Responsibilities:

  • managing employee lifecycle processes from A to Z - including onboarding, time and absence tracking, benefits and pension support, and offboarding,
  • preparing and processing HR documentation such as employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment certificates, while maintaining accurate personal files,
  • executing transactional HR activities using Workday and payroll vendor systems,
  • handling employee inquiries and providing first-line support via the HR ticketing system (ServiceNow),
  • collecting and recording monthly changes to ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with Payroll Partners,
  • preparing reports and performing data analyses related to HR operations and organizational structures,
  • maintaining the local HR intranet page and knowledge materials, as well as preparing and sending regular communications to employees,
  • conducting data audits to ensure consistency and compliance across all HR systems,
  • taking an active role or leading local and global HR projects aimed at improving HR processes, systems, and employee experience.

Requirements:

  • a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration,
  • solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management,
  • proficiency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written),
  • experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus),
  • familiarity with case management systems like ServiceNow is a plus,
  • knowledge of Dutch labor law is an advantage,
