Responsibilities:
- managing employee lifecycle processes from A to Z - including onboarding, time and absence tracking, benefits and pension support, and offboarding,
- preparing and processing HR documentation such as employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment certificates, while maintaining accurate personal files,
- executing transactional HR activities using Workday and payroll vendor systems,
- handling employee inquiries and providing first-line support via the HR ticketing system (ServiceNow),
- collecting and recording monthly changes to ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with Payroll Partners,
- preparing reports and performing data analyses related to HR operations and organizational structures,
- maintaining the local HR intranet page and knowledge materials, as well as preparing and sending regular communications to employees,
- conducting data audits to ensure consistency and compliance across all HR systems,
- taking an active role or leading local and global HR projects aimed at improving HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
Requirements:
- a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration,
- solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management,
- proficiency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written),
- experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus),
- familiarity with case management systems like ServiceNow is a plus,
- knowledge of Dutch labor law is an advantage,
