Due to the new RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) project, created from scratch for our client, an American company from the Fortune 500 list, we are looking for dynamic IT Recruiter to join our Client and bringing best talents to their stucture in Czech.

Responsibilities:

  • contacting with candidates for IT positions,
  • proactively searching the most valuable candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, GitHub and social media,
  • creating and publishing vacancies,
  • verification of Candidates' competencies,
  • creating recommendations of the best Candidates,
  • maintaining ongoing contact with Candidates, Hiring Managers and international recruitment team,
  • updating candidates’ data in the internal system and the client’s system,
  • handling marketing campaigns,
  • constant improvement of processes and exploring new ways of attracting candidates,
  • preparing activity reports.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of IT recruitment experience,
  • passive candidate sourcing experience (LinkedIn, Google, Boolean Search, X ray search, GitHub and others),
  • ability to build professional relations across all levels of the business,
  • fluency in spoken and written Czech(C2) & English (C1+),
  • MS Office skills,
  • creative and proactive approach,
  • willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
  • excellent communication skills, goal-oriented attitude,
  • possibility to start work from March on B2B contract.
