Your responsibilities:

  • provide dedicated IT resolution and incident management services to company employees by receiving, tracking, prioritizing and documenting IT incidents, inquiries, and requests for service,
  • chat support,
  • updating data on incidents in the internal system,
  • forwarding problems to the next line of support,
  • cooperation with other departments.

Our requirements:

  • advanced German - min. B2+, 
  • good English - min. B1+,
  • team work skills, 
  • customer service or technical support experience will be appreciated.
