Your responsibilities:
- provide dedicated IT resolution and incident management services to company employees by receiving, tracking, prioritizing and documenting IT incidents, inquiries, and requests for service,
- chat support,
- updating data on incidents in the internal system,
- forwarding problems to the next line of support,
- cooperation with other departments.
Our requirements:
- advanced German - min. B2+,
- good English - min. B1+,
- team work skills,
- customer service or technical support experience will be appreciated.
