Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site deskside support, addressing technical issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems,
- diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations,
- install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, and accessories, ensuring all systems are properly set up and functional,
- assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment, ensuring basic connectivity and resolving related issues,
- manage and maintain meeting room equipment, providing technical support when needed,
- document all support activities through ticketing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of experience in User Deskside Support,
- proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues, including expertise in Windows 10, Mac OS, MS Office 365, and related applications,
- experienced in installing computer hardware and accessories,
- possesses basic knowledge of networking equipment,
- familiarity with meeting room equipment is a plus,
- capable of lifting and moving IT equipment weighing up to 20kg,
- holding certifications such as CompTIA A+ or OEM manufacturer certification is an advantage.
