Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site deskside support, addressing technical issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems,
  • diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations,
  • install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, and accessories, ensuring all systems are properly set up and functional,
  • assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment, ensuring basic connectivity and resolving related issues,
  • manage and maintain meeting room equipment, providing technical support when needed,
  • document all support activities through ticketing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in User Deskside Support,
  • proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues, including expertise in Windows 10, Mac OS, MS Office 365, and related applications,
  • experienced in installing computer hardware and accessories,
  • possesses basic knowledge of networking equipment,
  • familiarity with meeting room equipment is a plus,
  • capable of lifting and moving IT equipment weighing up to 20kg,
  • holding certifications such as CompTIA A+ or OEM manufacturer certification is an advantage.
