IT Training Specialist

About the employer:

The client is an IT services provider specializing in software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation. It helps businesses improve operations and customer experiences through custom solutions, cloud services, and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs for end users of IT systems.
• Create high-quality training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Deliver training sessions in both onsite and virtual formats, including introductory, advanced, and topic-specific modules.
• Provide training support within IT implementation projects, including large-scale initiatives.
• Utilize e-learning and collaboration platforms such as Moodle, MS Teams, and Webex to deliver engaging training experiences.
• Conduct webinars, workshops, and remote learning sessions tailored to user needs.
• Use project and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage training activities and maintain up-to-date training documentation.

Requirements:

• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Higher education in IT or technical fields, or postgraduate studies in IT
• Within the last 3 years, performing the role of Training Specialist for a period of at least 6 months (counted separately for each project) in at least 2 IT projects with a value of at least PLN 3,000,000 gross (excluding the value of hardware and licenses)
• Knowledge of e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle, MS Teams, Webex)
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs for IT system users (introductory training, advanced training, thematic workshops)
• Experience in conducting training sessions both onsite and online
• Ability to use Jira and Confluence
• ISTQB Foundation Level certificate (or an equivalent certification)
