Our activity is expanding month by month, that's why we would like to invitie you to support us in our development across the Europe as International Business Development Manager.
As International Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- European market monitoring and keeping eye on the recruitment needs
- Winnig new Customers, active sales, building Arche posisiton on European market
- Building relations with Customers which will survive pandemic, earthquake or any kind of crisis
- Negotiating terms of cooperation, closing sales process
- Execution of assumed sales budget
- Cooperation with Recruitment Specialists to keep high standard of delivered services
- Constant contact with Customer, communication support in delivering services (if needed), monitoring of customers' satisfaction
- Close cooperation with the Business Development team and Management team (communication is crucial :)
- Reporting, working with CRM
What do we expect?
- Experience in services sales - minimum 2 years preferable, if in our branch - great!
- If you know the recruitment process at recruitment agency, it will be easier for you to get into the job
- English - C1
- Ability to build, develop and keep longterm relations
- Flexibility in working with Customer needs, but also negotiation skills
- counting skills ;) and goal orientation
- good knowledge of MS Office,
- driving licence kat. B
- self-reliance, determination and initiative in everyday activities
- positive, proactive approach!
