Obowiązki

processing and booking corporate action events (dividends, mergers, stock splits, interest payments),
monitoring and analyzing market information related to securities events,
performing cash and securities reconciliations to ensure data accuracy,
collaborating with depositories and international teams on event handling,
supporting reporting activities and process improvement initiatives within financial operations.

minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, fund accounting, securities, or corporate actions,
good understanding of the securities lifecycle and basic financial instruments,
strong command of English (min. C1),
analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure,
familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SWIFT, Bloomberg, Clearstream) is a plus,
availability for on-site work in Wrocław.
