Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers in Portuguese (Brazilian).
  • Handling questions via email, phone, or chat.
  • Providing basic IT and product support.
  • Escalating more complex issues to senior teams.
  • Ensuring positive customer experience.
  • Working with international teams on daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Portuguese (Brazilian) - fluent communication.
  • English - good working level for internal communication.
  • No prior experience required - full training provided.
  • Open mindset, willingness to learn, problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week in office).
  • Nice to have: interest in IT tools, customer service experience.
