Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers in Portuguese (Brazilian).
- Handling questions via email, phone, or chat.
- Providing basic IT and product support.
- Escalating more complex issues to senior teams.
- Ensuring positive customer experience.
- Working with international teams on daily operations.
Requirements:
- Portuguese (Brazilian) - fluent communication.
- English - good working level for internal communication.
- No prior experience required - full training provided.
- Open mindset, willingness to learn, problem-solving attitude.
- Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week in office).
- Nice to have: interest in IT tools, customer service experience.
