Junior/Mid GBS Transition Consultant (M/F)

Responsibilities:

Support global clients in the transformation and transition of business processes.
Participate in transition projects, assisting with the preparation and implementation of transition plans.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transition phases.
Support Change Management teams to facilitate adoption of new processes and operating models.
Assist in developing transition strategies and roadmaps tailored to project needs.

Professional experience in a GBS / SSC / BPO environment (e.g., operational or business support projects).
Basic knowledge of project management principles; PM certifications are a plus.
Willingness to grow in the field of Transition Management and contribute to transformation projects.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and deadlines.
Fluent English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
