Responsibilities:

  • Support global clients in the transformation and transition of business processes.
  • Participate in transition projects, assisting with the preparation and implementation of transition plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transition phases.
  • Support Change Management teams to facilitate adoption of new processes and operating models.
  • Assist in developing transition strategies and roadmaps tailored to project needs.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a GBS / SSC / BPO environment (e.g., operational or business support projects).
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles; PM certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to grow in the field of Transition Management and contribute to transformation projects.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and deadlines.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
