Maps Reporting Specialist / Data Moderation with French OR German (M/F)

Responsibilities:

• review maps data to assess business information accuracy based on client policies, 
• engage with business, predominantly via quick outbound phone calls, to verify their business information, 
• update client platforms based on verified information, 
• make well-balanced decisions based on market-specific knowledge. 

Requirements:

• customer service experience,  
• English language knowledge min. B2/C1 level, 
• German OR French OR Italian language knowledge min. B2/C1 level 
• good written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, 
• the ability to apply judgment on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere, 
• good time management, prioritization, and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
