Key Responsibilities:
- Managing OTC (Order to Cash) processes
- Processing invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting month-end closing activities
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or other accounting areas
- Good knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Good communication skills in English ( B2 level) and knowledge of additional language: Dutch / Swedish / Slovak / German / French / Czech / Spanish
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
