Responsibilities:

Proactively contacting customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
Monitoring account balances and maintaining a clean and accurate ledger.
Analyzing and managing ageing reports to minimize overdue items.
Contributing ideas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Supporting your team to foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work atmosphere.

Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level in both).
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) or Accounts Receivable area.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Practical experience with ERP systems and solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proactive approach and ability to work independently in a dynamic setting.
Willingness to adapt to evolving procedures and processes.
