Responsibilities:
- Proactively contacting customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Monitoring account balances and maintaining a clean and accurate ledger.
- Analyzing and managing ageing reports to minimize overdue items.
- Contributing ideas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Supporting your team to foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level in both).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) or Accounts Receivable area.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Practical experience with ERP systems and solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently in a dynamic setting.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving procedures and processes.
