We are expanding the team responsible for the company in Baden, so we are looking for two people with German skills to join this team

On a Payroll possinion you will responsible for:

  • Maintaining payroll
  • Support in annual processes (e.g., review of bonuses and salaries)
  • Handling inquiries from employees, internal stakeholders and authorities
  • Providing payroll related information in accordance with regulations
  • Oversee the maintenance of payroll records
  • Monthly and annual closing of assigned company codes
  • Support in internal, external and statutory audits
  • Work closely with the teams - HR Operations / HR Functions / HRBPs.

    On a Social Security possinion you will responsible for:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Swiss Social Security and Personnel Insurance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Personnel Insurance regulations and update benefits offerings accordingly.
  • Handle complex HR inquiries and manage related processes.
  • Process administrative tasks such as insurance premiums and service accounting.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders including pension funds and insurance companies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support team members in related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/payroll department/ knowledge of Swiss Social Security, Insurance laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with SAP HR (including OM)
  • Knowledge of German min. B2+ and English min. B1 level (knowledge of French or Italian will be an asset)
  • Commercial degree and federal Diploma as Social Security Expert.
  • Understanding of Swiss payroll - taxes, social security and labor law
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively deliver results
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills welcome.
