About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced professional who understands Record-to-Report (RTR) end-to-end and enjoys working with clients to make business operations smarter and more efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • supporting transformation projects within the r2r (record to report) area,
  • assisting in process analysis and the design of new target operating models,
  • contributing to the identification of automation and process improvement opportunities,
  • supporting client workshops and preparation of process documentation,
  • assisting in the preparation of recommendations and project materials,
  • providing support during the implementation of erp tools (sap s/4hana, oracle) and supporting systems (aribacoupaservicenow),
  • collaborating with global and cross-cultural teams on various project activities,
  • supporting change management and communication initiatives within the client’s organization.

Requirements:

  • initial experience or strong interest in financial processes or business transformation,
  • understanding of at least one end-to-end R2R process,
  • familiarity with process modeling tools (visioaris, business optix),
  • good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset,
  • nice to haveexposure to erp / rpa / servicenow implementation projects,
  • fluent english and ability to work in an international environment,
  • willingness to travel occasionally for project-related purposes.
