About the employer:

Our Client is a leading PVC windows manufactuer.

About the role:

• primary focus - 70%-80%

  • SAP ERP with a focus on one of the SAP SCM modules: PP, MM, or LE,
  • involvement in ERP-related web solutions, including system integrations.

• secondary focus - 20%-30%

  • support and configuration within the AVEVA MES systems.

Responsibilities:

• customize and maintain SAP solutions within company projects, focusing on: advanced setup of work centers and routings, logistics flows and material setup (IM and WM), development of tailored solutions and cross-module integrations, planning setup and support,
• provide consultancy in SAP SCM modules to drive organizational growth and facilitate IT and business-driven innovation,

• support MES solutions by: understanding MES integration with SAP, assisting local teams to define requirements for projects and incident handling, configuring within the MES environment as needed,

• develop and maintain solutions for a complex operational landscape, including over 100 work centers, customized Made-to-Order products, and multi-country manufacturing across 9 factories,
• prepare functional specifications based on user stories, and collaborate closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• essential qualifications:

  • minimum 1 year of experience in SAP SCM customization or 3 years as a key user in one of the SAP modules: PP, MM, LE, WM, or QM,
  • solid foundational knowledge of SAP,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support effective daily operations,
  • fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills to interact with colleagues, stakeholders, users, and developers effectively,
  • demonstrated “can-do” attitude with the ability to think beyond silos and seek opportunities rather than obstacles,
  • willingness to travel up to 20 days per year, as needed for global team meetings or periodic visits to stakeholders, typically once per quarter or annually.

• desirable qualifications:

  • experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES),
  • familiarity with discrete manufacturing process setups,
  • experience in SPRO for solution customization,
  • background in complex organizational structures, involving multiple plants and routings.
