About the employer:

Join team as a Business Development Consultant in the UK market. We are looking for an ambitious individual who will be responsible for developing business and maintaining client relationships in the demanding UK construction market.

Responsibilities:

  • actively acquire new clients and maintain long-term business relationships,
  • conduct effective negotiations to secure favorable contract terms,
  • monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to meet customer needs,
  • collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns,
  • ensure high levels of customer service and provide technical support,
  • conduct product training and support clients in e-commerce and social media activities.

Requirements:

  • experience in export or sales in the construction industry,
  • knowledge of the UK construction market,
  • ability to conduct effective negotiations and build lasting business relationships,
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • proficiency in English at a fluent level (minimum C1),
  • high level of organization and motivation,
  • willingness to travel, including several visits per month to the factory near Poznań, Poland, and between 1 week and 1.5 weeks of travel to the UK for fieldwork.

    Preferred:
  • experience in the interior design or construction materials industry.
  • knowledge of SEO/SEM and UX/UI analysis.
