You will be responsible for: 

  • engaging with existing clients in the company's portfolio to understand their needs and offer support in optimizing campaigns using online paid advertising,
  • enhancing campaigns for assigned clients through paid advertising, aiming to increase advertising efficiency, click-through rates, and refining the target audience,
  • solving problems and liaising with clients to ensure the best-selling solutions for their advertising campaigns,
  • supporting clients in understanding and familiarizing themselves with proposed technologies, explaining mechanisms, presenting examples, and providing specific numerical results,
  • achieving set sales goals, with additional cash bonuses awarded quarterly, utilizing techniques introduced during training: needs assessment, objection handling, benefit language usage, and setting clear meeting objectives,
  • building positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to create the brand image of the company and personal brand.


  • proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level- due to the international nature of the company, all implementations and recruitment stages are conducted in this language,
  • proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level- this language will be used in daily work,
  • analytical and creative thinking skills- approximately 50% of the work involves data analysis to predict and understand consumer behavior,
  • strong interpersonal skills, as the other 50% of the work involves client interaction, requiring relationship-building and sales and negotiation skills,
  • sales or customer service experience is desirable, but if you are not afraid of interacting with people and are results-oriented, feel free to apply - you will handle this role,
  • knowledge of CRM system is an additional advantage.
