What will your tasks be in this position?
- Engaging with current clients within the company's portfolio to assess their requirements and providing assistance in optimizing campaigns through online paid advertising.
- Enhancing efficiency in paid advertising campaigns for assigned clients by improving ad effectiveness, increasing click-through rates, and refining target audience parameters.
- Resolving issues and liaising with clients to offer optimal solutions for their advertising endeavors, guiding clients in comprehending and adapting to proposed technologies - elucidating operational mechanisms, showcasing examples, and presenting tangible numerical outcomes.
- Meeting predefined sales targets, with additional quarterly cash bonuses awarded based on successful implementation of techniques such as needs analysis, objection handling, utilizing the language of benefits, and setting clear meeting objectives.
- Establishing a positive, enduring relationship with customers to bolster the company's brand image and personal standing.
What is needed for this job?
- Proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2 is essential due to the international nature of the company; all implementations and recruitment stages are conducted in this language. Additionally, proficiency in Czech/Slovak at a minimum level of C1 is required as this language will be used daily.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills are crucial, as approximately 50% of the working time involves handling data to predict and understand consumer behavior.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are vital, as the remaining 50% of the working time involves client interactions, emphasizing the importance of relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills. While prior experience in sales or customer service is welcomed, individuals unafraid of interpersonal interactions and focused on achieving results are encouraged to apply, as they are likely to excel in this role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems will be considered an added advantage.
