Senior Site Reliability Engineer (M/F)

Requirements:

• demonstrated ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues,
• practical experience designing, supporting, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines,
• knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or similar solutions,
• hands-on experience with messaging or data platforms such as Kafka or Cassandra,
• proficiency in scripting using languages like Python, Bash, or equivalent,
• experience working with application performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or New Relic,
• practical knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Impala, and NoSQL technologies,
• comfortable operating in both Linux and Windows environments,
• strong understanding of microservices-based architectures and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes,
• experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud,
• familiarity with build and automation tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, or similar,
• proven ability to collaborate effectively within Agile or Scrum teams,
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Responsibilities:

• maintain and continuously improve the scalability, security, and stability of system platforms,
• work closely with engineering and operations teams to optimize performance and overall solution quality,
• diagnose and resolve issues across applications, infrastructure, and databases,
• oversee system monitoring, incident handling, and operational response,
• assist in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines as well as production systems,
• deliver reliable application and production-level support to ensure business continuity.
