Duties:

  • Solving incidents / request that are too time-consuming for 1st Level
  • Tracking of major incidents and ensuring timely solution thereof
  • ITSM Knowledgebase technical approval
  • Training on the job for new Agents
  • Collaborate with the RSSC Europe Transitions team in supporting the IT services projects delivery

Requirements:

  • +2 years of experience in similar position
  • Fluent in German (verbal and written) and communicative in English
  • Very good communication skills and strong customer driven focus
  • General IT understanding
  • Familiarity with Windows systems and troubleshooting, dealing with various IT Systems
  • Experience in working with ticketing system
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Skype for Business
  • Attention to details and problem-solving attitude
