For 14 years, we've been expanding our offices! Our headquarters are in Katowice, and since 2012, we also have an office in Wroclaw. During this time, we've built a stable structure with over 130 employees, and we're still growing!
Arche consultants in teams such as Engineering/Manufacturing, Sales/Finance, IT, SSC/BPO/ITO conduct recruitment for major companies across Poland.
We prioritize technological development. Our proprietary CRM system makes work easier, and candidates benefit from personalized accounts for easier access to job opportunities they are interested in.
how we work?
- 8 hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM - you can start at any time between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM,,
- hybrid, onsite or remote - it's up to agreement,
- everyone has the freedom to act and use available tools, setting their own schedule and tasks for each day,
- we use an intuitive and proprietary system that allows us to act quickly and effectively,
- in an atmosphere where everyone can be themselves, supporting and cheering each other on.
