About the JOB
We are looking for a person who will join Danone’s Planning Center in Katowice as a Deployment Planner.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- overall deployment of finished goods from plant production, daily/weekly planning of shipments of products for all sales units, locations to distribution centers and warehouses over the executional and partially the operational horizon,
- monitoring deployment planning and managing exception in collaboration with plant, logistics teams as well as with external partners,
- generating forecasts for logistics (transportation, warehouse) and work with logistics to determine capacity, optimization possibilities,
- monitoring truckloads build parameters, and STO generation and insure on time delivery,
- creating sales orders for shipments to CBU’s,
- discussing deployment plan improvements with production planning, customers, or warehouse.
About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to:
- minimum 2 years of professional experience in the area of Supply Chain planning (preferred industries: FMCG, Automotive),
- good level of English (B2/C1) is a must, any other European language will be an asset,
- highly developed organizational skills and communication skills,
- good analytical skills,
- ability to build effective relationships,
- knowledge of planning tools - SAP, Excel,
- continuous improvement mindset.
