About the JOB
We are looking for a person who will join Danone’s Planning Center in Katowice as a Performance Delivery Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- ensure the supply chain operates efficiently and performance targets are met,
- identify opportunities for improvement of processes, productivity and KPI,
- manage & lead portfolio of improvement projects,
- measure the outcomes of continuous improvement initiatives,
- identify improvement project resources,
- implement standardized reporting,
- create transversal view on aggregated KPI,
- centralize all action plan/project and generate information to correct, prioritize, select, allocate resources,
- ensure deployment of best practice.
About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to:
- experience in production planning, optimization of plannings processes, and leading/participating in Continuous Improvement/LEAN projects in Supply Chain,
- experience in project management,
- ability to moderate project meetings,
- continuous improvement and data driven mindset,
- ability to build effective relationships,
- very good knowledge of planning tools,
- analytical and critical thinking with a strong focus on details,
- proficiency in English (C1),
- knowledge of power BI and SAP would be an asset.
