About the JOB

We are looking for a person who will join Danone’s Planning Center in Katowice as a Supply Execution Planning Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • developing timely and accurate plans for finished products at assigned level of the supply network,
  • ensuring supply execution and finished goods availability in the markets within the 1 to 14 weeks planning horizon for portfolio, across planning team of schedulers, call-off planners, and deployment planners,
  • monitoring stock availability and making decisions to prioritize shipments based on customer demands,
  • managing transportation logistics and addressing any issues that may arise, such as delays or capacity constraints,
  • developing release schedules and forecasting transport needs for the coming weeks,
  • escalate and communicate capacity and material supply issues to all parties as necessary,
  • increase Customer Service Level.

 

About you

 To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to:

  • minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
  • good level of English (B2/C1)  is a must, any other European language such as French, Spanish, German and Polish will be an asset,
  • proficiency in Excel, good SAP knowledge and ability to learn new tools ,
  • strong analytical and planning skills,
  • excellent collaboration and communication skills,
  • ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to ensure smooth operations,
  • persistent problem-solving abilities.
