WHAT DOES THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE - WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

1    APPLYING FOR A SELECTED JOB OFFER

You can directly apply for a job offer that interests you. We regularly post these on our website as well as on job portals. If you haven't found a suitable offer at the moment, register your CV in our Candidate Database - create an account on the Arche website to allow our consultants to contact you in the future.

2      SELECTION OF CANDIDATES

In response to our Client's needs, we select the submitted applications. Your application is among those we analyze and match with currently open recruitment projects.

3    PHONE INTERVIEW

If your application meets our Client's needs, we will provide you with basic information about the job offer over the phone. Your interest in the offer is crucial at this stage.

4    QUALIFICATION INTERVIEW

This is an online meeting scheduled at a convenient time, where we will get to know you, your experience, and your skills better, and provide detailed information about the job offer. If you meet our Client's requirements, we will present your application to them.

5    MEETING WITH YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER

This is a very important part of the recruitment process where the Client will decide if you are the right fit among all the presented candidates. The stages of recruitment directly with the Client depend on their internal recruitment procedures.
