Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Indirect Category Portfolio Leads and senior stakeholders across key business areas—including Marketing, IT & Telecom, Workplace, and HR Services—to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Leads the identification, planning, and execution of sourcing initiatives and cost optimization projects.
  • Manages multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Conducts supplier negotiations covering contracts, pricing, payment terms, and catalog management, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Executes comprehensive sourcing processes, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, to identify optimal suppliers and solutions.
  • Performs detailed spend analysis to uncover new sourcing opportunities and support strategic planning.
  • Designs and applies savings calculation methodologies, securing validation and approval from key stakeholders.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating sound judgment in escalation, influencing behavior, and driving accountability through structured follow-up processes.
  • Proactively identifies sourcing risks and drives timely, data-driven decision-making to mitigate them.
  • Leads cross-functional sourcing teams through supplier selection processes, leveraging market insights, evaluating competitive alternatives, and aligning actions with business priorities.
  • Oversees supplier selection and delivers measurable cost savings across services-related procurement initiatives, following structured and strategic sourcing methodologies.
  • Prepares, reviews, negotiates, and manages key procurement documentation, including Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Statements of Work (SOW), and Change Requests (CRs).

 

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing best practices, including spend analysis, strategic sourcing methodologies, value levers, contract development, and catalog management.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a strong customer-oriented mindset and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Proven project management abilities, with a focus on delivering multiple tasks on time and in line with client expectations.
  • Advanced analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and summarize complex cost data to identify efficiency and savings opportunities.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills to ensure efficient task tracking, execution, and closure.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills in both contractual and pricing discussions.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as SAP, Ariba, and Coupa (considered an asset).
  • Expertise in catalog and contract lifecycle management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Brings innovative thinking to drive value and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in professional business communication in English.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes positively to group dynamics and outcomes.
