Accounting Manager - AP/R2R or Revenue

About the Role

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead one of two key areas within our global finance function: Accounts Payable/Record-to-Report (AP/R2R) or Revenue Accounting.

Responsibilities

Depending on your background and area of expertise, you will take ownership of one of the following functions:

AP/R2R Accounting Mnager :

• Manage monthly and yearly financial close processes in line with US GAAP
• Oversee accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments
• Lead reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries with a focus on strong internal controls
• Drive automation and ERP improvements to enhance efficiency
• Support audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting by preparing relevant documentation

Revenue Accounting Mnager :

• Oversee revenue recognition for multiple business lines in compliance with ASC 606
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to review contracts and ensure accurate accounting treatment
• Supervise customer billing processes across different markets
• Lead revenue reporting activities, including reconciliations and close processes
• Optimize and automate revenue-related workflows and tools
• Assist in audits and external reporting, especially around revenue-related matters

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally with 3+ years in leadership
• Solid understanding of general ledger management and AP processes or Revenue Accounting
• Strong command of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
• Track record of working in international, high-growth, or subscription-based businesses
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, and passion for digitalization
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in cross-functional collaboration
• English fluency required; Polish is a plus
