Responsibilities:

Analyze key operational, financial, and business performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide predictive analytics, forecasts, and scenario planning to support strategic growth.
Identify inefficiencies across departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations) and recommend process improvements.
Design and maintain reports and dashboards using PowerBI, cicOS, and other BI tools.
Collaborate with business leaders to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Drive data automation to improve accuracy and reduce manual reporting efforts.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Advanced skills in PowerBI, SQL, and Excel; familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex datasets.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
