About the employer

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives to support our growth and success. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, and operations management within the renewable energy or industrial sectors.

Obowiązki:

  • develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives,
  • oversee the design, assembly, and quality control processes for power converters and control cabinets,
  • lead and manage the operations team, including production, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance,
  • ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols,
  • optimize operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices,
  • collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business plans and growth strategies,
  • monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed,
  • foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the operations team,
  • manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery,
  • build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry partners.

Wymagania:

  • bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field,
  • minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role,
  • proven track record of success in the renewable energy or industrial manufacturing sectors,
  • strong knowledge of power converters, control cabinets, and related technologies,
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
  • ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively,
  • experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
  • knowledge of ERP-based production planning and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning),
  • understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central,
  • fluency in English and Polish (must-have), and potentially in German (nice-to-have),
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
