Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer experience across different markets.
  • Conducting satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to drive improvements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement customer-focused solutions.
  • Developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identifying pain points in the customer journey and recommending improvements.
  • Creating reports and leading improvement initiatives based on data and trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Experience, CX strategy or customer experience analysis.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • University degree (preferred: management, marketing, data analysis, sociology).
  • Experience in customer journey mapping, process optimization, and data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Qualtrics, Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, Tableau.
  • Experience in reporting insights to key stakeholders and managing CX projects.
