Responsibilities:
- provide customer service via email, chat and phone - ensuring a positive and efficient service experience,
- maintain in-depth product, brand and industry knowledge to provide pertinent information and support to customers,
- conduct research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- excellent communication skills,
- knowledge of Czech at a near native speaker level - both spoken and written,
- very good knowledge of English - both spoken and written,
- experience in customer service or a related field,
- customer-focused and customer-oriented,
- good computer and writing skills (MS Office suite),
- high attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks,
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
