DevOps Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

• ensure high availability, low latency, and overall reliability of production environments,

• design, build, and maintain scalable and fault-tolerant infrastructure,

• work closely with development teams to automate operational tasks and enhance system stability,

• develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems to proactively ensure infrastructure health,

• lead incident response, conduct in-depth troubleshooting, and perform root cause analysis,

• implement and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process,

• participate in on-call duties and respond effectively to production incidents,

• optimize system performance through capacity planning and efficient resource management,

• automate routine maintenance tasks to improve operational efficiency,

• stay informed about industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and recommend enhancements to existing systems.

Requirements:

• strong understanding of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and private cloud environments,

• solid knowledge of networking concepts and practices,

• experience in designing and maintaining highly available and scalable infrastructure,

• hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices,

• proficiency in developing monitoring and alerting solutions,

• ability to diagnose complex system issues and perform root cause analysis,

• familiarity with capacity planning and system performance tuning,

• strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational excellence,

• willingness to participate in on-call rotations,

• passion for automation and continuous improvement.
