Engineering Project Manager

About the employer:

  Our client is a company among the world's leading manufacturers of automotive components.

Responsibilities:

• coordinate all engineering related technical activities on a development project internally and towards the customer - non-German OEMs (e.g. Volvo, JLR, STLA).

Requirements:

• graduate Engineer or Master of Mechanical Engineering, Master of Mechatronic Engineering or similar,
• 5 years of experience in automotive industry, preferably in chassis engineering/ research and development,
• previous experience in Project or Program Management will be an advantage,
• know-how of related automotive maturity levels, production processes and development standards,
• experience in hydraulic and mechatronic brake systems will be an advantage,
• experience in vehicle, dyno and bench testing will be an advantage,
• know-how of related measurement systems, data acquisition and evaluation will be an advantage,
• functional project team lead for technical tasks and topics in complex matrix organizations as distributed team,
• fluent in English.
